Equipment Hire for Community Groups

Pakistani Associations holds a number of equipment that can be hired by local community groups, voluntary organisations and charities subject to the terms and conditions below. This facility is not available for commercial use.

Conditions of Use

1. The Equipment may be hired by any local community group, voluntary organisation or a charity at the charges specified in the list above.
2. The person taking charge of the equipment must be competent to use the equipment.
3. In case an equipment is damaged the hirers will reimburse the full cost of the damaged equipment. In addition the executive committee will review the circumstances in which damage occurred. If the hirer is found guilty of negligence the executive committee may BAR the hirer from future use of this facility.
4. No equipment shall be handed over to any person or an organisation unless the equipment in charge has approved the contract that is signed by the hirer and specifying the number, description and condition of use of the equipment.
5. The hirer will submit his original driving licence or passport as a security before hiring any equipment.
6. All hiring charges must be paid in advance
7. The equipment will remain the property of the Cambridge Pakistan Cultural Association.
